TERMS & CONDITIONS for Car Rental

The driver should be no less than 23 years of age for most cars or 26 years for luxury cars, and hold a driver’s license issued within no less than one year prior to the date of entry hereof.

1. F.D.W. (Full Damage Waiver) Full insurance formula is meant to cover: damages caused to the vehicle by the driver, theft, fire, glass breakage, material damages to third parties, third party injuries, insurance coverage of both the driver and passengers of the vehicle.

C.D.W (Collision Damage Waiver). The lessee shall be charged with the excess amount quoted in the designated field (C.D.W. Excess Amount) agreed to apply as a contribution to the indemnification of damages caused by the driver to the vehicle, irrespective of the type of damages occurred, including but not limited to damages caused while the vehicle is stationed at a parking lot, in the absence of the driver.

Renting a CABRIO (Convertible) or JEEP vehicles obligatorily implies payment by Credit Card. Full insurance coverage does not cover the vehicle’s lower part, tires, rims, hubcaps, mirrors or loss or damage of key.

Breaches of any of the terms of the Hellenic (Greek) Road Circulation Code (Law) or failure to conform to the terms of Section (2) of the present Contract shall entail liability for payment of the entire cost of the consequent damages.

2. Any and all of the terms hereunder shall automatically cease to apply under any of the circumstances provided for below: 

(a) If the Driver(s) and/or Co-Driver(s) are diagnosed to have been driving under the effect of alcohol, narcotic substances etc.

(b) If the Vehicle is found to have been driven by any person other than the customer (lessee) or the persons designated as Co-Drivers in the designated field, on the same page. 

(c) In the event of the vehicle found to have been used for: 

1. Towage of other vehicles, trailers or any other object whatsoever

2. Car racing purposes

3. Carrying heavy luggage or objects, inflammable substances, pollutants or any other substance featuring heavy and unpleasant odors, livestock or narcotic substances. 

4. Driving on the beach, into the sea or on dirt roads (off-road).

5. Damages caused deliberately or by negligence (cigarette-induced burns in car upholstery, breakage in any of the vehicles interior features etc.).

3. Whatever cost may be incurred as a result of breach of any regulation whatsoever shall at all times be borne by the lessees.

4. Any disputes eventually to arise from or in connection with the present Agreement shall be brought for settlement before the materially competent Courts of the Judicial District of Rhodes.

TERMS & CONDITIONS for Moto Rental

The driver should be no less than 25 years of age and hold a driver’s license issued within no less than two years prior to the date of entry hereof.

1. The insurance covers material damages to third parties and third party injuries. 

C.D.W (Collision Damage Waiver). The lessee shall be charged with the excess amount quoted in the designated field (C.D.W. Excess Amount) agreed to apply as a contribution to the indemnification of damages caused to the vehicle, irrespective of the type of damages occurred, including but not limited to damages caused while the vehicle is stationed at a parking lot, in the absence of the driver as well as in case of loss of keys and helmets.

A credit card is required for the payment of the rental fee.

2. Any and all of the terms hereunder shall automatically cease to apply under any of the circumstances provided for below:

5. Damages caused deliberately or by negligence. 

6. The moto must not be taken off-island.

3. Whatever cost may be incurred as a result of breach of any regulation whatsoever shall at all times be borne by the lessees.

4. Any disputes eventually to arise from or in connection with the present Agreement shall be brought for settlement before the materially competent Courts of the Judicial District of Rhodes
